NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT FOR 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR
We will begin enrolling new students for the upcoming school year beginning April 1, 2025. Please refer to the new student enrollment section for the documents required. If there are any questions or concerns feel free to contact Honouliuli Middle School Registration Office.

FEES
Student fees are $25.00 per student for the year, which includes Student Government dues. The fees cover the cost of school-wide student activities. *Student Fees may be subject to change*
ADMISSION
All 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students who reside within the school district either with their parents or legal guardians are eligible to attend Honouliuli Middle School. Students who reside in Makakilo or Hoopili attend Honouliuli Middle Scholl. Students who transfer from other schools, public or private, must bring a release from from their previous school along with Proof of Residence documents.
NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT
New students who are planning to enroll at Honouliuli Middle School must provide the following documentation before the enrollment process can begin:
1. Release papers from your previous school
2. Current Tuberculosis (TB) clearance with negative PPD results (within the last twelve
months) for any out-of-state enrollees and completed health record (Form 14)
3. Birth certificate and/or passport (foreign students only)
4. Guardianship or custody papers IF parents/guardians are not listed on birth certificate and Parent/Guardian identification.
5. (2) Proof of residence documents in the Honouliuli Middle School district.
- Deed to home, escrow papers, mortgage statement, or rental agreement AND
- Current utility bill w/ correct address

STUDENT TRANSFER
A student withdrawing from Honouliuli Middle School must obtain a “Request for Release” form from the Registrar’s office. The completed form must be signed by the parent and returned to the Registrar’s office at least one week prior to the student’s last day. Students will be required to follow the clearance procedure and to return technology, textbooks, pay for lost books and/or damages, or pay for any money obligations before being released. Allow 2 - 3 business days from the submission of the Release Form for the completion of the release packet.
